FREE RACE! Healthy Heart Healthy You Dash 5K begins at 5 p.m.
The Family Bash begins at 5:30 p.m.
and goes until 9 p.m. Games,
activities and snacks for everyone.
Enjoy swimming, ice skating, open
gym, and bounce house for children
all in a family-friendly atmosphere! While the race is free, the Bash is $5 per single person or $15 per family. Registration and packet pick-up opens at 3:30 p.m.
The run begins and ends at the Kettering Rec Complex. Locker and shower rental available. Shirts available for $10 while supplies last.
